A California high school apologized this week for “culturally insensitive” yearbook photos that showed Spanish teachers wearing ponchos, sombreros, and fake handlebar mustaches. Not only that, but the French teacher’s photo showed her wearing a black beret, sunglasses, and pearls.
I can’t wait for us, as a culture, to say, “we don’t GAF what you think.”
Ralph Northam unavailable for comment.
Actually, we need more teachers like these. I can appreciate a sense of humor v the gender bender PC “educators” of today.
To the offended:
Fu-k you.
One of Vonnegut’s greatest lines
“Why don’t you go take a flying fuck at a rolling doughnut. Why don’t you go take a flying fuck at the MOON!”
They would have been considered cool teachers in my highschool days. My Mom would have gotten a chuckle out of it also.
6 Spanish teachers??? I would think most of the school already speaks Spanish
Why is even a news story? The media is officially retarded.
Lemmee guess – “English” qualifies as a FOREIGN language in this school? 🙄
Laslo, that’s probably where I got that phrase from by reading Kurt Vonnegut.
Mexican Americans love education so they go to night school And they take Spanish and get a B
Sorry. There was a Cheech and Chong movie fest the other day.😁
These would have been the cool teachers when I was in HS in the mid 70s.
