Guy driving on a country road, comes to a flooded section. There’s a farmer there, guy asks him “How deep?” Farmer says, “Not much”. Guy drives into it, car gets flooded, guy swims out, yells at the farmer, “You said it wasn’t deep!”. Farmer says, “Wellll it only came up to my duck’s chest.”…
…..and then the reporter beats the dumbass with the microphone like a baby seal.

this happened at a major intersection north of I-ten and studemont adjacent to white oak bayou. It is always one off the first areas in Houston to flood. This man lives in the neighborhood and should have known of high water. I can only conclude that he is a total dumbass.
