WOMEN CRY FOUL AS GLAMOUR MAGAZINE NAMES BRUCE JENNER ‘WOMAN OF THE YEAR’

BigGovernment:The politically correct Glamour Magazine has reportedly waived the one defining requirement of candidates for its “Woman of the Year” honor—a double X chromosome—in conferring the title for 2015 on crossdresser Bruce Jenner, a move many women are finding insulting.

The magazine is expected to formally announce its choice of Jenner as woman of the year, along with actress Reese Witherspoon, on November 3.

Criticisms are already piling up from women who find the choice of Jenner to be demeaning, and are falling into two main camps. First, out of all the real women in the world, could Glamour not find one worthy of the title of Woman of the Year without needing to fish in the male pool of boys dressing as girls?

Second, what in the world has Jenner done in the past year—other than get a makeover—that qualifies him as a model for achieving woman around the world?  MORE

  1. Years ago, this was a standard satire in many humor magazines:
dress some bearded, hungover man in drag, put some really sloppy makeup on hime and put him on the cover of a women’s magazine.

That the Left tries to make people take it seriously is the joke.

  2. BUT, have you noticed all of the formerly quiet lefty sites now venturing out of the commentary woodwork, saying Bruce has mental problems? It was rare to see that anywhere but hardcore conservative sites. No more! Maybe not enough people are waking up, but at least the ones that are awake realize Bruce is just plain nuts as are the goofballs that applaud him.

  3. Libtarded science:

    1) Man can be Woman
    2) Man causes climate change

Everyone should be a woman then there would be no more man made climate change 98% of all scientist agree. Bonus then would be no more debate over reproductive rights as the whole population would fall off in a generation.

  4. I had a nice group conversation, initiated by a lesbian friend who posted a pic saying BJ’s ‘heriosm’ couldn’t compare to that of a firefighter. Certainly agreed with that. Her follow-up comment was that BJ didn’t even come out until he was surrounded by support. So true – many gays were ‘heroic’ in some sense in earlier times, as they faced real danger from going public with their sexuality. BJ didn’t face any more negativity than, say, Demi Lovato does. Now coming out in Iran or Syria, that would be heroism. Well bravery is probably a better word.

  5. FTA:

“It’s what she does as a woman, to overcome struggles of womanhood, to advance womanhood, to inspire womanhood, that deserves an award,” Meyers writes, noting that Jenner “hasn’t even made a sandwich yet.”

All he did was become a woman. All women with female genetics did that without even trying.

BJ isn’t an inspiration to women at all.

BJ is an inspiration to mentally ill men who think they are women.

  6. When s/he goes through the “Big M” and puts about 20 inches right at the level of his navel, then I might reconsider how serious he is about being a woman. Oh, and add boobs that migrate to his armpits.
