Tiffany enters the frame and turns her head back, but not to rebuff a kiss. She’s looking back to see who her father is pointing toward. Trump’s attention is not on Tiffany, and vise versa. Trump shakes that person’s hand and then Tiffany turns back, acknowledges their eye contact, and rubs her father’s shoulder.
That’s exactly what happens here.
