Judge Garland Would Undo One of Scalia’s Most Important Opinions

Wash Times-

JCN chief counsel Carrie Severino said in a blog post that Judge Merrick’s record on the bench since 1997 “leads to the conclusion that he would vote to reverse one of Justice Scalia’s most important opinions, D.C. vs. Heller, which affirmed that the Second Amendment confers an individual right to keep and bear arms.”

  1. He’s a gun grabber. That’s the only reason he was nominated. This crap about him being a moderate and approval on both sides of the aisle is, well it’s a load of crap, like I said.

  2. There is no constitutional right to own a gun, only a constitutional limit on the federal governments right to restrict gun ownership. That what the “shall not be infringed” part means.

  3. “…the right for the PEOPLE to KEEP and BEAR arms shall not be infringed”.

Also, “a well regulated militia” didn’t mean “well hindered”; it meant a well supplied and trained people who WERE, and still ARE the militia.

Fortunately we the people have trained ourselves over the years; and that’s what the PTB elite are afraid of.

  4. Greta Vansustern ended her show with a rant against those who are daring to against King Barry, who is doing his Constitutional job of nominating a judge to the SCOTUS.
That being said, here is no Constitutional requirement to rubber stamp his nominee. There is no specified time frame for the advise and consen.
