As I type this Fox news has Mark Kelly on supporting Obama on guns. This is the same piece of shit that committed a felony by trying to buy a gun for someone else. The gun store owner stopped the sale when he figured it out. He is using his injured wife to get his ugly face on TV and to make money, which makes me sick. Did I say he was a piece of shit?

Buying a gun for someone else is not a felony unless they are giving you the money to buy it for them because they are ineligible to purchase one their self.
You can buy a gun as a gift to another. Happens every day. Quite legal.

The FFL can refuse on suspicion the purchase isn’t legit. Doesn’t mean it wasn’t legit.
