Bill, like his dad, is no longer relevant to the discussion. He should be treated like the troll that he is.
The new paradigm has him babbling incoherently. His comfortable perch in political commentary is dissolving. Pitiful has-been.
It’s very simple. The old chessboard is being upset and everyone who benefited from the status quo (R and D) stand to lose everything if the upsetting continues. And Trump is the gun we hired to do the upsetting.
But even if they succeed in neutralizing or eliminating Trump, the damage has been done: the American people (the real ones) now see that the board CAN be upset and so won’t quit no matter what the monoparty swamp manages to do to Trump.
That’s what the max volume screeching from right and left is really all about. Loss of power = loss of income. Love of money, the root of all these evils.
It really is that simple…the historically unparalleled wealth potential of the U.S. was systemically turned into a system-gaming insider’s cash cow. They immunized and insulated themselves from the real world for decades, and they enjoy it there. They buried themselves in the guts of the system they took over. Parasites in the gut of the U.S.
Trump is the major dose of worm killer we finally succeeded in getting down the nation’s gullet. And the medicine is beginning to work.
That’s why Kristol.
But there’s usually a toxic reaction to anti-parasitic medicine.
Which means if the resistance keeps up (which is us, btw…how’s it feel to realize WE are the resistance in our own country?), we have not yet seen just how nasty and violence ALL of them can get.

Right, when America elected Obama it had the same practical application as having elected Romney or McCain! As the hood rats are fond of saying “Three different brothers from three different rotten eggs”!
