I have family in Germany — my sister and her family. My sister and her husband (German citizens) wrote my Mom a long letter in 2008 urging her to vote for Obama. My Mom’s response, though terse, was unwavering. She basically told them not to interfere with things they know nothing about.
Now, I can’t help but wonder how long before they are writing her another long letter begging my parents to help them emigrate to the US.

I respectfully disagree on just one point.
Bibles won’t need to be confiscated, etc. As long as Satan can keep people snared and tranquilized by a skin of religion, as he has long done, he doesn’t care WHAT skin it is. Christendom is one of those skins. The only thing he needs to keep on top of is to get them to not see (per 2 Corinthians 4:3-4, below) the only true saving Good News, which alone is the power of God unto salvation (Romans 1:16). If he succeeds on that point, as he already has succeeded throughout most of the world, he’s just fine with people keeping Bibles, going to church, keeping the Law to earn God’s approval, doing works of righteousness, worshiping contradictory versions of Christ, preaching different gospels, performing rituals, submitting to rites and signing off on doctrinal statements…JUST AS LONG as they remain blind to the only saving Good News. In short…as long as they belong to him, he couldn’t care less that they believe they’re right with God, because they’re not:
“For I am not ashamed of the Good News, for *IT* is the power of God unto salvation to everyone who believes — to the Jew first and also to the Greek. For in *IT* the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, ‘But the righteous shall live by faith’ ” (Romans 1:16-17).
“And even if our Good News is hidden, *IT* is hidden to those who are perishing, in whose case the god of this world [Satan] has blinded the minds of the unbelieving so that they might not see the light of the Good News of the glory of Christ, Who is the image of God” (2 Cor 4:3-4).
May she and her family, men and women alike, be first in line to suffer at the hands of this “super culture” that she seems to love so much. What an ignorant moron.
