This is addressed in a book that I can’t recommend enough, “The 48 Laws of Power”. It’s packed full of wisdom with really good historical references. It’s a book I would like to to able to write.
And infected is not meant to be a reference to physical health, it’s a reference to a persons heart and soul. As I understand it anyway.
