Oldest of the Castro brothers, Ramon Castro died yesterday at age 91. Nicknamed Mongo, Ramon left the job of impoverishing Cuba to his younger brothers, Fidel and Raul.
Ramon was content to stay on the family ranch and help his farther run the family business.
Mongo was a founding member of the Communist Party in Cuba and served in the National Assembly. He was also involved in sugar production and founded a few state companies.

Cuba, the land of old cars and old communists.
Hey, that’s what we need here, an ancient communist.
Only the good die young
Letting Fido and his evil little brother stay in power in Cuba was a scheme by the democrats to give cover for any or all the Cubans
to come into this country! Now we have two Cubans running for President and both (one more than the other) want to allow the rest of the world to come here unencumbered by our rules, laws or resources!
Ahab, do you really beleive Cruz wants that?
Has Obama announced this travel plans for the funeral yet?
Good things come in 3’s…
NEXT !!
One down, two more to go.
@LocoBlanco: Speaking of old cars, what’s going to become of his ’57 Ford Fairlane Skyliner? I mean, who’s going to get the Castro convertible?
?
Gee, are there any other old socialists who are bout due to die?
Let me see … yeah, I can think of a couple …
Ramon has finally entered the ranks of the “good.”
(the only good communist is a dead communist)
So should ALL socialists aspire!
I can just hear Satan saying, “Never mind that shit, here comes Mongo!”
Down here, Mongo is toast.
