FISA Court Ruling: 85% of Obama’s FBI and DOJ [704 and 705 ]FISA Searches Were Illegal

GWP:A Report was released in April of 2017 that received no publicity until recently.

The report was a ruling on the results of an investigation or audit into FISA searches made by Obama’s FBI and DOJ during Obama’s time in office.

The report shows Obama’s FBI and DOJ participated in widespread criminal searches and criminal sharing of data with non authorized entities outside of government.

On April 26, 2017, an unsealed FISA Court Ruling unveiled a number of criminal activities that Barack Obama’s FBI and DOJ participated in during his time in office.  The report to date received little attention.  Now interest is brewing due to the recent actions of Congress and the report that is expected to be released in the upcoming weeks.

The FISA Court Ruling shows widespread abuse of the FISA mandate. According to the report, Obama’s FBI and DOJ performed searches on Americans that were against their 4th Amendment rights.  This went on for years.  One paragraph in the report states that 85% of the Section 704 and 705(b) FISA searches made during this time were non-compliant with applicable laws and therefore criminal.

  1. If something isn’t done about this blatant law breaking then the public can expect more of it. When Trump leaves office, and if and when the dems regain control we’ll be living in a prison of thought and speech control. At that point will a revolt even be possible?

  2. Something I said a long time ago with the administration of the Obamboozler was that laws mean nothing if there is no enforcement. They trampled laws left and right because they knew nobody would challenge them. Now that we have a judgement from the FISA court, where’s the enforcement?
We need to be a bunch of Clara Pellers (where’s the beef!)
    Where’s the enforcement!
Without it you can expect to be more disregard for the law.

  3. If not a smidgen of corruption clearly there was at least a tad of corruption. Interestingly an internet search for the word smidgen shows a dramatic increase in the use of the word smidgen during the Obama Winter era.

I’ve also noticed most people if asked to rate something or someone from 1 ~ 10 are reluctant to give them a 10. No one is that perfect. I’m betting the FISA Court review found 100% illegal searches. They were just reluctant to say 100%.

  4. Sentencing in fraud cases usually brings treble damages. Shouldn’t blatant disregard of the law BY LAWYERS bring serious sentencing? Say Capital Punishment, after all this is Treason.

Back in the day, time spent in Jail was referred to as ‘going to school”, to learn tips and tricks from the other inmates. How is Law School today much different?

  5. NO one of any importance in Washington will get as much as a hand slap. Laws don’t apply to them. Some low level twerp might, just might get a job change, but will still be on the same pay scale or move up a notch. They live and work behind the shield from law bubble that hovers over DC.

  6. Ggggrrrrr! — The question you pose goes to the real meaning of “high” in “high crimes and misdemeanors.” It refers to the fact that those who hold positions in the public trust and whose required qualifications categorize them as “should have known better” are, indeed, held to a higher standard than someone outside that description. It’s not that the crime itself is of a higher degree, but that the person committing it is more highly placed in their knowledge of what is and is not a crime and should therefor be held to a higher account.

But I fear that, like the constitution itself, the current culture in government and law — having been watered-down by a sharply progressive influence for so long — views the application of High Crimes and Misdemeanors in the same way; that it (along with laws concerning treason, sedition, subversion, etc.) are things out of the Dark Ages. Look at the desertion by Bergdahl in which others were terribly injured trying to find him. Five senior level Taliban were then exchanged for him and he was even promoted while he was captivity. Today Bergdahl is as free as a bird.

  7. I have invested a lot of $$$ in good rope. I have located a number of really great Liberty Trees. At what point in all of this do We the People stand up and take our country back from these lying, cheating, stealing, disgusting Progressive Commie Glittery Turd Polishing hypocrites?
