Good For Ted Cruz – He Goes After Zuckerberg For Bias

When the clip becomes available I will post it. (Here it is, provided by C. Steven Tucker)

Cruz evoked all of the suppressed news feeds of conservatives, news feeds that were favorable to conservatives, the taking down of Diamond and Silk’s page, and then asked if any Planned Parenthood pages have ever been taken down. He asked if any MoveOn.org pages have ever been taken down. He asked if ANY democrat page were ever taken down.

Zuckerberg tap danced an answer.

Cruz then asked about the 20,000 employees that have been hired to weed out fake news. He asked what the political affiliation of these 20,000 employees are.

Zuckerberg said he didn’t know but conceded that Silicon Valley is a far left area of the country.

He also addressed a statement that Zuckerberg made, one that reader, Waldo, talked about in another thread-

Zuck: “In the future FB must be responsible to make sure that it is only used for GOOD.” What? So he decides what is GOOD and what is BAD??? I am sure that that will turn out very BAD. – Waldo.

Cruz was equally alarmed.

Cruz made his point, but he’s the only one that attempted to show the extreme political bias of Facebook. Sad.

Zuckerberg’s denials were pathetic as he tried to say that Facebook is not political.

If he was under oath he might as well have been thrown directly into prison for perjury.

  1. Which is why the Dems didn’t put him under oath. The whole thing is a huge farce to make it look like they’re doing something and are “concerned.” Everything coming out of his mouth is a lie, and the dems are helping him lie because he’s their beast.

  2. The entire farce is nauseating. Who cares if he is or isn’t under oath? He’s being questioned by the same crooks he owns, who btw met with him yesterday behind closed doors so he could give them a list of questions to ask.

  3. Thanks for watching it for me. It was on mute. I laughed every time I looked up. One bloviating Senator (redundant) after another and they should have carved a cigar store Indian zuckerberg because his lips barely moved. Under advice from counsel.

  4. Besides the {{gasp}} Cambridge Analytica and {{shudder}} Russian bots, has anyone asked abou FB admittedly helping the obama campaign? I’m not interested enough to watch, just thought I’d toss in some humor today.

  5. If you didn’t hate the smarmy zuckfuck before, wait ’til you watch his laughable “testimony” not-answering those soft questions from the Krazy Kapital Klownz.
He’ll make a hell of a democrat politician one day – long after I’m dead, hopefully.

  6. Cruz also needs to s pose that Obama used all of FB for his 2012 campaign. The leftist boobs only know about Trump/Cambridge, they have no idea Obama’s team bragged about the extent of data FB just gave them access to.

  7. Is it true that Zuckerberg was angry with the Dems afterwards, saying “You never told me I would be cross examined. I thought you all were just going to kiss my ass.”

  8. Data Suckerberg is about the most annoying person I have ever seen testify before Congress. After listening to him begin every answer with “Senator…” I was ready to spit. Speaking of Congress, watching this is like watching the kettle call the pot black.

  9. Comment on the youtube clip; “Funded by government, indexed by Google, resourced for CIA/ FBI. Facebook is a surveillance company who’s front end is social use….what did you honestly think would happen with your data?”

Ryan and McConnell warned Trump tonight about firing Mueller. Whom do these fuckers think they are. we need to make these ass holes afraid of the electorate again. They don’t get it.

You might not be paying for it out of your pocket, however your participation creates revenue for them. FB should be regulated the same way the FCC regulates radio stations. Think about it. It’s the same usage.

  12. @Bad_Brad: So what did I say that was any different from what you just said? You are the product being sold in order to create revenue for them. More specifically, your personal information, which you thought would be kept private, is being sold to god-knows-who for god-knows-what purposes.
