The most radical unit of the Department of Justice, The Voting Section of the Civil Rights Division, appears to be trying to undermine voter I.D. provisions in Arizona and Kansas by subverting the Election Assistance Commission (EAC).
The EAC is supposed to be bipartisan and is charged with the design and instructions for voter registration forms.
But the EAC is undermanned and the lawyers in the Voting Section have taken advantage, trying to control by proxy what states can set as the standard for proof of residency.
Of course if they can achieve control over the EAC they can loosen verification standards till there are no limits left on who can vote.
Depending on the stupidity of the American (and in many states non-American) voter they will either have 10 months left to ply their destruction or 10 months and four years!
