I don’t think what’s happening in Mexico is a good analogy. I can send you to a plethora of gun ranges where groups of people (Militias) train together every week end. I train with up to 8 guys. I wouldn’t call us a Militia, but we could get there real quick. These groups are very talented and skilled. Would they step up? When trouble shows up in their hood I think so. How long would it take one of these groups to clear out Seattle right now? Could they do a better job than LE? Answers, a couple days. Yes. Nobody would be left alive.

Keep in mind, though, that the reasons for police forces being disbanded in Mexico and potentially in a few US cities are very different. Americans who would be able to get their local force disbanded are not likely to be the vigilante type.
PC, Propaganda, Culture change etc has made it automatic that defending yourself against anything is criminal and will be snuffed out in a sea surge of name calling, dishonor throughout history, arrest, vilification, child stealing, financial ruin, and, worst of all, betrayal…so realize that the plans currently underway to take your guns, render your vote meaningless, isolate you, teach your children that you are an ignorant fool, snitch on family, believe that BLM is a good force, that George was a wonderful role model, that you are trash etc etc is almost complete…Ridicule of everything you stand for has been effective from belief in Christ , family, work ethics, civilization building and so forth…good luck with defending something the Democrats believe is racist, good luck in protecting people who are viewed as too privileged, building something that is then scheduled for burning and looting…Trump is being submerged and his fall will be like the Alamo, and what happens next will decide the future of people who are noble, and of those sub human called Leftist..

I do miss the days (before 0bola) when the US was ‘exceptional’ and every other country aspired to our standards.
