LAW STUDENTS COMPLAIN RAPE LAW TOO TRAUMATIZING TO STUDY

DC Beacon—“We are going to be raising a wussified generation of lawyers,” Banzhaf said. “Students are saying, ‘I don’t want to hear anything that disturbs me.’ How are these lawyers going to do what lawyers have to do, which is to stand up to judges for clients and causes?” more

  1. lylelovett666, it’s worse than that. Some of these dolts will be judges one day, assuming they bluff their way through law school, and they’ll decide that accused rapists do not deserve trials, because no woman should be subjected to that man-spread for weeks in court.

  2. Our public school systems breed these weak sisters. They punish the masculine males and reward the weak. I speak from personal experience. And it’s gotten a lot worse from the time my oldest son had to go thru it. I got personal satisfaction at the end of it. But I’m not sure that did my kid any good.

  3. Banzhaf is a greasy dissimulator of the first rank.
If he believes the pussification of law students is rising, then you can bet that we’re moving more towards a National Socialist view of law – one that is more like machinery than a search for “Justice” – and lawyers will become more bureaucratic (for lack of a better word).
