3. the 20’s…Simka Gravas always made it wiggle for me…

4. I like the more natural-looking ladies of the 20s. The 50s women look over-produced to my eye.

5. I think the choice is going to end up between the 1920’s and 1930’s. Once women entered the workforce in great numbers in the 1940’s femininity started a decline, slowly at first, but accelerating from the 1980’s to now.

   Back then women actually tried to make themselves attractive instead of defacing themselves with tattoos, miscellaneous metal, and preposterous hair cuts and colors.

   Glamour peaked around 1936-39 to be replaced with cheap theatrics.

6. 1920s, they didn’t have as much ‘better living through chemistry’ and yet still charming

8. the roaring twenties vs the Eisenhower 50s? Hmmmm.

9. Mark my words, Miss 70’s will win this whole thing.
