Can you imagine a lone wolf judge stopping a war order to the military? This is on the same level. Judicial only has purview over certain things, not every thing. And the president has a LOT of power to do what he wants. That’s why elections are so important.

Reminds me of the story of a man appearing before a judge to object to a court action, and the judge replied that he made himself subject to the court when he appeared in the court.
Lesson to the Administration: don’t waste your time/breath responding in court as it just gives them illusions of mattering. Since the court does not operate in a vacuum, if this stands then every aspect of foreign policy becomes subject to suit by any of the 320 million or so citizens of this nation.
