KFOR: DUNCAN, Okla. – A mother and daughter from Oklahoma are accused of having an incestuous marriage.
Patricia Spann, 43, and Misty Spann, 25, were married in March 2016 in Comanche County, court records show.
Police say Patricia is Misty’s biological mother.
Investigators with the Department of Human Services discovered the illegal relationship in August while investigating the children who were inside the Spanns’ home.
Looks like Mr. Lahey from Trailer Park Boys was right, the shit apple doesn’t fall far from the shit apple tree.
BFH already posted this. It’s the story at the bottom of the blog right now. (just sayin’)
Maybe they identify as non related.
The feel good story of the year!
From the looks of thee mother this isn’t the first generation of incest going on in that clan
Deja’ Vu!
Aaahhhh dammit. 😀
Those two look like the product of a union that is legal in Arkansas, but still waiting for the answer to the question, “If a husband and wife in Arkansas get a divorce, are they still brother and sister?”.
Isokay MJA. Gives the swing shift a chance to comment.
Obama’s next civil right crusade.
In reality I bet it’s either a tax scam, a food stamp scam, or a ploy for radio station frequent caller level fame.
Low rent nonsense
Love wins!!!! ……or something like that. These people are obviously batshit coo coo
To quote Cordelia Chase, “There’s not enough yuck in the world.”
After reading the story, I just want to say, with all sincerity, EWWWWW!
Did you say they were from Oklahomo?
Do they get to maintain the movie rights?
I’ll have to run this by the court attorneys tomorrow. If Patricia’s parental rights were terminated, then she and her daughter now have no legal relationship. Well, except for being wife and wife.
No idea how this situation would play out under New York State law. Family Court would not be involved because Misty is over 21.
So if you divorce your wife in Oklahoma is she still your daughter?
Um, didn’t SC Justice Kennedy declare that this was perfectly acceptable, I mean equal protection under the law and all. Now I’m just confused.
It’s OK, just ask Uncle Daddy.
