How did she manage to win with a vote of only 88 0ut of 900 voters in that small town in Tennessee. That’s less than 10 percent, did anyone even bother to vote or not. This is beyond ridiculous to win by a small minority of votes. She won by default because no one cared to even bother to vote.
This is what happens when people are complacent about their obligation to vote.

I’m guessing there’s some diversity in her household.
Where my mom lived in Schenectady NY they had the opposite problem, they couldn’t get rid of bad cops. Multiple DUI’s, violating restraining orders, the police union made sure they couldn’t be fired. The mayor was contemplating dissolving the whole police department and activating the National Guard.
