The Supreme Court relied on Sonia Sotomayor to write an opinion on its ruling in the City of Los Angeles v. Patel. She took the opportunity to throw the door wide open for government tyranny and attacks on abortion limits.
In her opinion she describes how future law enforcers don’t need to go to a court for a search warrant, they can just go to a government agency and get an “administrative subpoena,” an end-around of the 4th Amendment.
Then there’s Think Progress who sees an opening for abortionists by seeking facial challenge to new laws that put limits on abortion.
Roberts is a total disappointment.
