Michigan’s SOS Benson is fighting this. She is part of the trio of evil in my beautiful (for now) state. Queen Gretch (Gov. Whitmer), Dana Nessel (AG), and Benson need to be fired (if we can get rid of our massive voter fraud here).
Not so fast in NC. The case of finalizing the removal of RFK, Jr. depends on a decision by the North Carolina Supreme Court. It has a 5-2 Republican majority. Yet, no guarantee his name will be removed from general election ballots. It may take days, or weeks for a decision.

I’m in MI too Claudia. There better not be any of those ballots with RFK Jr. on them running thru places like Wayne County, or anywhere in MI, as it will be difficult for them to ever destroy those ballots like they’re supposed to! Everyone working the elections or poll watching keep vigilant!
Yeah, they’re law-abiding office holders that absolutely will abide by the rulings of the courts. Democrats can always be counted upon to follow the law.
Now, about those poll watchers…
“Motor City has 2,337 Democratic poll watchers and just 310 Republicans. In a sample of 335 precincts in Wayne County, the suit alleges, 202 were found to have no Republican poll watchers at all.”
