ABC6: COLUMBUS, Ohio (WSYX/WTTE) — Shaniqua Turner says she plans to get her concealed-carry license after a delivery that could’ve turned deadly Monday afternoon.
Turner, who works as a pizza delivery driver for Happy’s Pizza, was making a delivery to a northeast Columbus apartment community just before 3 p.m. on Monday. She says when she got out with the delivery along Timbertrail North Drive, she was met with a man with a gun in the parking lot. more

Most pizza delivery people (and their managers) make sure they clear the float of the driver(s) every couple of runs (or every time if it’s a little slow) to ensure that the driver only has 30 or 40 bucks on them. A lot of drivers I knew (going back awhile) would leave their wallet (except for their drivers license) in the shop while delivering. If Happy’s Pizza followed this and the policy was advertised on their flyers then this asshole thief needs to be caught asap. Somebody who’s willing to use a gun for a pizza and a few bucks (ok, carjacking as well) needs to be taken off the street because he will kill someone.
I was absolutely flumoxed to hear it was a black man. Couldn’t be!
