I’m assuming the lawyers need clearances when they have to represent clients with clearances, and classified information is part of the case. Still, it seems to fly in the face of need-to-know and compartmentalization. Any lawyers hereabout to enlighten us?
President Trump also signed an Executive Order regarding all the injunctions being levied his administration. From now on those wishing to file an injunction will have to post a bond to do so. Now if these bonds are like jail bonds 10% of the money they feel is being taken from them will have to be posted before proceeding. Say DOGE saves us 300 Million they don’t like. They will have to post a 30 Million bond to initiate the injunction. When they are overruled on appeal, they will lose this bond. The DNC and Special Interest Groups will be bankrupt in a matter of months. Even Soreass and Cuban won’t waste their money on this crap.

Here is a thought; since the primary reason to keep a govt. security clearance is to make money (with it) in the private sector – lets make them pay $1,000,000 a year to keep it.
