Bulldog Report: Deters Law has issued the following release regarding a lawsuit filed against major healthcare systems in the Greater Cincinnati Region. The lawsuit addresses the mandatory COVID-19 vaccination requirement for employees of the healthcare systems identified in the litigation.

Yesterday, Deters Law filed a lawsuit against the six major healthcare systems:

…I’ve been to every one of those hospitals and “Healthcare Systems” but St. E’s, which is actually in Kentucky.
And they SUCK.
One of them is where my cowardly primary lurks in mask and grinding face shield, ready to shout questions from across the room and never do anything requiring actual contact.
Another is where my wife got stitches, or tried to, because the bumbling PA jabbed himself with the local, didn’t tell us, and ran away, sending someone HOURS LATER to ask if my wife would consent to an AIDS test so they could get the guy to quit gibbering in fear under the sheets in the clean linen closet. (She didn’t have it. Good thing because that would have made the ride home SUPER awkward later).
A third is one where we took my MIL with A HEART ATTACK, and they stoppped her at the ER doors TO PUT A MASK ON HER and wouldn’t let her DAUGHTER in, but made us sit IN THE CAR IN THE PARKING LOT TILL THEY CALLED HER TO TELL HER IF HER MOTHER WAS STILL ALIVE OR NOT.
One of them is where they tried to kill my son because the cowardy ward nurse wouldn’t get the Albuteral out of the fucking crash cart unless the doctor who wouldn’t answer the phone told her she could as my post-craniofacial son lay suffocating from anaphylaxis (the fucking TELEMETRY even showed his tanking O2 sat because it was being MONITORED, but she wouldn’t do ANYTHING IN A HOSPITAL FULL OF DOCTORS SO I HAD TO UP HIS O2 MYSELF TO SAVE HIS LIFE AND CALL THE CODE TEAM MY DAMN SELF AS A PARENT AND NOTHING MORE.
Or the one that turned violent mentals RED TAGGED BY THE COPS loose before I finished the paperwork on them.
…i could go ON, and ON, and ON, but I’m just getting madder and madder so I’ll stop here and just say I hope this guy ruins them ALL.

Daughter currently going into this one and in looking for representation was told…
“OK. There was a group of employees at a hospital in Houston that challenged a mandate and lost at a couple of levels. similarly Indiana University mandated it for all students as well. That was appealed to the US Supreme Court on an emergency basis, and they refused to hear it after a couple levels of the Indiana Courts upheld the University…”
Went on to say he’d try and find someone who might take or handle it. Not a winner if you talk to attorneys.
Your best bet is the religious or medical exemption.
Thinking that finishing her nurse practitioner studies while collecting unemployment benes is what might happen. There’s going to be an even worse problem of under staffed hospitals and medical offices.

First, you’re not suing Christ.
Second, as I’ve said here before, people sometimes, eh, “misinterpret” if they hear you say a sick or injured family member you’re transporting is “Going to Christ”.
Third. It’s just kinda disrespectful to the Lord to dot differentiate His mighty and merciful name from that of a hospital run by cowards.

The healthcare and medical systems are some of the biggest scammers in the world which also slyly hides multitudes of profiteers. Think Medicare, Medicare, and private health insurance entities particularly federal.
