Yup, Bush 41 apparently passed away from that all-to-common ailment known as fill-in-the-blank.

He probably would have died of whatever kept him going back and forth to the hospital, but more than likely his doctor assisted his departure – sparing him the “indignation” of intense physical pain.
Last year around this time we put my wife’s mom under hospice care at the nursing home where she had struggled with Alzheimer’s disease for nine years. At almost the same time, she had given up and refused food and drinks. She wasted away for nearly two weeks, essentially only having morphine and pain killers. A hell of a way to die.
She had drifted into her own world where our only way to get her attention was Elvis music.
