What the Sanders Campaign Really Thinks Of Blacks

This was deep into a story about Hillary and Sanders campaigns vying for the black vote in the south.

A Sanders phone bank volunteer gives us a peek into the minds of a progressive/socialist.

Like many South Carolinians, Scott has received calls at home from phone bankers. She said one of these entreaties from the Sanders campaign led her to go off on a 10-minute tirade and demand an apology.

“One of my experiences that I think I won’t forget for a long time is a call that I got from the Sanders campaign. This person that called asked me was I voting for Sen. Sanders. I said no. I was voting for Secretary Clinton. The phone went silent for a little bit,” Scott recounted. “You could hear this person struggling to come up with what they’re going to say next. … They call that a real pregnant pause, nine months’ worth of pregnant pause. And he finally came back and he says to me, ‘You know, Senator Sanders is for welfare.’”

This did not provoke a positive reaction from Scott.

“I lost it. So you’re going to assume either from my voice or from my selection that the most important thing that Sen. Sanders is going to be working on that would interest me is more welfare?” Scott said. “I went on to read him the riot act. Listen, I’m not only a college graduate; I’ve got a masters. My daughter is a college graduate. I have never had one ounce of welfare before. I ain’t never lived in public housing. None of those things.”

According to Scott, the Sanders supporter who called her “didn’t know what to say.”

“By the time he hung up, it was ten minutes later,” she said. “I got one of the managers to call me back and apologize.”

  1. The college grad says, “I ain’t never lived in public housing.”

The fact that blacks vote north of 90%+ for the dem candidates EVERY election in 3rd world shitholes like Philadelphia, W Memphis, Selma, Baltimore, Jackson, Camden, S side Chicago, East St Louis, Baton Rouge, SE DC, central Cincinnati, 5th Ward NO…is a testament to the deadly combination of the goodie train and low IQ.

Even with “their” party overtly switching the goodie train over to latinos to curry their favor including allowing millions of them to remain here illegally to suppress blacks’ chance to grab even the bottom rung of the ladder, race pimps like dems(but I repeat myself) can count on their vote.

It doesn’t matter who gets it in the primary, it’s locked up in the general.

  2. Someone needs to explain to Scott that if one speaks in such a manner that others perceive them as uneducated and likely a burden on society it is not unreasonable for the listener to assume it is the case.
Use of slang, curse words etc… broadcasts one’s ignorance.
    Poor diction broadcasts ones laziness.
Add the two together, you can’t fault anyone for thinking you are a Sanders voter leeching off the efforts of others.

  3. Of course it’s all about the free stuff. But the first rule of the free stuff club is you never talk about the free stuff. Just give us the free stuff don’t tell everyone you’re buying our votes. Dah!

  4. They should have come back and apologized and said they meant to ask whether they are voting for “Col. Sanders” and I’ll bet the answer from this college grad would have been different. In any event I suspect the story has been wildly exaggerated by the author to pound home the idea that only Clinton cares about SC blacks.

  5. Astonishing. Liberal black southerners and their northern urban counterparts have never left the plantations of their ancestors. They still seek the shelter of a system they believe will provide for their needs despite the cruelty.
The obvious deadly communist doctrines of both the Bern and Hellary is lost on them.
The Clintons have familiar characters of the antebellum slave masters of the south and Sanders is the northern carpetbagger interloper, unfamiliar with the customs of the genteel Dixie.
It is a warped and twisted worldview liberal black people refuse to reject. They also refuse to embrace the responsibilities of freedom they’ve been given.
