WASHINGTON — Erik Prince, the founder of the security contractor Blackwater, is seriously considering a Republican primary challenge for a Senate seat in Wyoming, potentially adding a high-profile contender to a fledgling drive to oust establishment lawmakers with insurgents in the mold of President Trump.
Mr. Prince appears increasingly likely to challenge John Barrasso, a senior member of the Senate Republican leadership, according to people who have spoken to him in recent days. He has been urged to run next year by Stephen K. Bannon, who is leading the effort to shake up the Republican leadership with financial backing from the New York hedge fund billionaire Robert Mercer and his daughter Rebekah.

On the surface this looks good. If Bannon likes him that’s good too. There could be a lot of new blood in the races in 18.
I hope Bannon doesn’t stop until he rousts ALL of these crap sandwiches out of office.

My youngest brother moved to Wyoming a year or so ago. He is liking the heck out of it there. He has 40 acres, a house that needs a little work, 4 outbuildings, and a year round creek that runs thru his property. Now if he had a salmon run and fresh halibut and ling cod I could be talked into it.
His sister was out here a few weeks back visiting in Casper. It makes sense now why she would come out here for no apparent reason.
I’m reading Bannon has a few more candidates he has found to promote.
We may need to fire up an extra popcorn machine for when the RINOs get the news.

This movement is picking up steam and I hope people stay focused. To see the last of complete assholes like Flake, Heller etc. and McConnell’s cabal of squishes sent packing is a moon shot but could happen.
