Father of Robber Shot Trying To Hold Up Pizza Hut – “a criminal has a right to a degree”

WIStv-

The parents are angry that their son was shot and killed by an employee. They don’t believe the full story has been released to the public.

“Why in the hell did this guy have a gun?” questioned Hairston about the employee who shot her son.

She said her son was shot in the head, and she thinks the shooting may have even been personal, citing past conflicts Grace Jr had had with other employees at the restaurant. (He used to work there.)

“This wasn’t a body shot. This was a head shot. My son was shot in the left side of his head just behind his ear. A headshot is personal,” said Hairston.

Even though their son was in the process of committing a crime, the family thinks his death was undeserved and unjustified.

  1. ““Why in the hell did this guy have a gun?” questioned Hairston about the employee who shot her son.” Because of people like your little darling, darling. A question that answers itself.

  2. “This wasn’t a body shot. This was a head shot. My son was shot in the left side of his head just behind his ear. A headshot is personal,” said Hairston.

    BWAHAHAHAHA!!!

Unlike an impersonal 6 shots in the chest?!?

  3. I found another article w/this quote…“If there was to be a death, it was not the place of the employee at Pizza Hut. That is the place of law enforcement,”

Right – a police officer shooting might have resulted in a big pay day and half the city being burned to the ground.

  4. THIS is Obamaworld. Look for the parents to be invited to the White House while the DOJ hounds the employee.

@CATO, it’s called the Caliphate and yes, some want it here.

  5. If I were to write a handbook on how not to get shot in the head, there would be a whole chapter headed by: Do not Commit Robbery.

And no a head shot is not personal. It is how you nullify a threat.
A body shot will not stop everyone. It would suck to be killed after you shot the bastard

  6. Head shots take the fight out of the thug before they can take any innocent people with them. Quite efficient I would say.
As to him having a gun while He was working, kudos, One never knows.

  7. “Why in the hell did this guy have a gun?” Why would you have a son if you weren’t going to teach your son that stealing with a gun might get you killed, and oh by the way, it’s wrong to steal…..

  8. she thinks the shooting may have even been personal, citing past conflicts Grace Jr had had with other employees at the restaurant.

Gee I’m sure the “past conflicts” were not “JR”‘s fault, Pizza Hut must have hired a bunch of rrrraaaacist to work in the store.

meanwhile video of “jr” playing peacefully at a Chuck E Cheese when he was a kid has surfaced.

  9. Moral of the story, “don’t be robbing no Pizza Place”..seriously? These people are upset because their kid got killed robbing a business? Pizza Hut should be able to sue them for raising a dipsh*t.

  10. He “was shot in the left side of his head just behind his ear.” At what range? If it was a few feet away, it was probably a lucky shot. But, as our “friends” in BLM say, “facts don’t matter.”

  11. Yeah, only one thing to consider mom & pop – If you have a gun in your hand when robbing a place or person – you are threatening to kill them if they don’t co-operate.

THAT is what the deal is here. THAT is what you are conveniently leaving out of your critical thinking, if you can even call it that.

If you threaten to take a person’s life – the immediate danger to the loss of one’s life allows anyone to defend themselves equally. In this case, a gun for a gun is not unreasonable or out of line.

Trying to make it look like no one should be able to be armed in defense of themselves is outrageous. A Pizza Hut employee has just as much right to shoot your son in defense of himself as a police officer does. BTW “self defense” is what police shootings are – they are not executions by a legal authority. Same right as any citizen – self defense.

The only thing mom & pop need to remember:

If you point a gun at someone to commit a crime – you have just given them permission to shoot your ass dead.

Engrave that in stone and put it over your fireplace.

  12. I’m sure it’s sad for them … they don’t get any more free pizzas … oh, yeah … and that guy what brung em by ain’t coming back, neither …

    izlamo delenda est …
