(CNSNews.com) – A somber President Donald Trump addressed Americans Monday morning, following the worst mass shooting in the nation’s history.
More than 50 people died and more than 400 were injured when a 64-year-old man opened fire from the 32nd floor of a Las Vegas hotel room on some 22,000 people attending an outdoor country music concert on Sunday night.
The gunman killed himself when police broke into his hotel room at Mandalay Bay.
“In times such as these, I know we are searching for some kind of meaning in the chaos, some kind of light in the darkness. The answers do not come easy,” the president said.
