Their building their case for how to dispose of children who fall into the custody of the state. The criteria for being human is no longer just making it out of the womb alive, it’s being “wanted”. Nothing to keep children (or perhaps even old people) of any age from falling into that category, per our wise and beneficent government masters. These are truly evil people.
