Democratic Leader Jerry Nadler Distances Himself From Rashida Tlaib’s Comments On Impeaching That ‘Motherf****r’ Trump

DC: Democratic Party higher-up Rep. Jerry Nadler of New York distanced himself Friday from a new congresswoman’s comments on impeaching President Donald Trump, including calling him a “motherf****r.”

Democratic Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib promised to go after Trump and “impeach the motherf***r” during remarks at a MoveOn rally in Washington, D.C., Thursday.

“I don’t like that language. More to the point, I disagree with what she said. It is too early to talk about that intelligently. We have to follow the facts and get the facts,” Nadler told CNN’s John Berman, according to a Friday morning tweet from CNN’s Manu Raju.

Nadler has been in office for nearly 30 years and became the chair of the House Judiciary Committee when the 116th Congress was sworn in Thursday

“This is not just about Donald Trump. This is about all of us. In the face of this constitutional crisis, we must rise,” Tlaib tweeted Friday morning after the coverage of her profane remarks.

Other members of the Democrat brass have also been noncommittal about pursuing impeachment.

  1. Thank God for small favors. If Taliban Tlaib had been appointed to the Judiciary Committee we’d be in really big trouble.
Her and Occasional Cortex are both dumb as a box of rocks.
Those Dems endorsed them though and as stated above, they own it.
The level of insanity in the past two days from the Dems has been astounding. Like Liz Cheney and others have said, keep it coming and let them talk.

  2. This is America’s very first woman Muslim CongressHijab.
I hope the Muslims are proud of their representation.
I hope the Muslim population keeps in mind that there have been many other firsts: first woman, first Jew, first black, first Asian Indian, etc., etc.
I think I can say with some certainty that most all of these other cultural and population representatives acted with honor, prestige, and were respectful of our American culture. And were much much more mature.
I hope the Muslim community vastly improves on their societal contributions.

  3. Sharia-obedient US legislators who are sworn in on a Koran, which commands obedience over all other law, is Constitutional crisis enough for me.

Until that is ‘peached’, I won’t consider this Congress legitimate. Will you?
