FAA’s diversity push includes focus on hiring people with ‘severe intellectual’ and ‘psychiatric’ disabilities.
“Targeted disabilities are those disabilities that the Federal government, as a matter of policy, has identified for special emphasis in recruitment and hiring,” the FAA’s website states. “They include hearing, vision, missing extremities, partial paralysis, complete paralysis, epilepsy, severe intellectual disability, psychiatric disability and dwarfism.”

It is completely legal for the FAA to discriminate against the blind, deaf, mentally retarded, drug addicted, illiterate, convicted, claustrophobic, and low scoring applicants, especially if they do not have the aptitude. It’s obvious the FAA overlooked ‘retarded’ when promoting. Try telling the fire department and teachers unions they have to accept applicants like that. The FAA can’t find enough Controllers but they can afford Diversity? They’re AFU.

To be qualified for FAA employment, you must be unable to work due to a disability. But being hired by FAA proves you are able to work and your lack of disability disqualifies you from FAA employment.

You’ve almost got to have some respect for the commies. They don’t want us flying. Hydrocarbons, global whatever, they have lots of reasons. They want us in those 15 minute cities going nowhere else. No need for a car, no need to fly – total control over our lives. Those of us left will live where they want, will eat what they want, will purchase only what they deem necessary, will procreate only if allowed, the list goes on.
When planes are crashing, when the air traffic control employees continue telling pilots they’re wrong because Google says otherwise, at what point will the masses decide air travel is too dangerous? I’m just about there myself.
