Mourners were gathered at Graceland Cemetery for the internment of Da’Shontay L. King Sr., who died May 20 after being fatally shot by Racine police during a traffic stop, the Associated Press reported.

“We were at the gravesite trying to get prepared to bury him, and bullets started flying everywhere,” King’s sister, Natasha Mullen, said.

Video has emerged of the moment the shooting began. Rapid gunfire can be heard, along with screams for help as attendees hit the grass for cover. [Video of incident provided at link] More

  1. HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN??

    FROM THEIR ORDINANCE:

No person shall within the city wear or in any manner carry under his or her clothes or carry and conceal upon or about his or her person, any weapon or dangerous weapon.

    THAT’S HOW!!

I know more people in cemeteries than out of them at this point, so I’ve been to a lot of cemeteries.

The one thing they have in common, beyond lots of dead people, is they all have the state law stipulated NO GUNS ALLOWED sign on the gates.

Not sure why, although shotguns may be better if a zombie outbreak starts…

“My only hope, was that no merchandise was harmed….Oh…Nevermind…

    Wrong Graceland”

..Elvis is said to have shot up his own bathroom in THAT Graceland, so there may be precedent, but its on the second floor and inaccessible to tourists, so we’ll never really know…

  4. So when the dems finally start their goal of seizing all the “assault” weapons (sic), they need to start in the top 10 zip codes with the highest gun murder rate. We’ll see how long their scheme works.

A county Sheriff is the final word in Law Enforcement for that county. If the Sheriff says, no feds allowed, they’re breaking the law if they enter the county on business. Our Sheriff booted the Forrest Service Law enforcement guys out because they kept confiscating legal guns. He warned the twice, went to court and banned them. So shit will get local. And interesting.

Don’t know where you live, but I have never seen those signs at any cemetery that I have been to. And I am going more and more often.

  7. I’m spooked by the process of determining the race of the shooter. Either way, the jig is up. Perhaps he’ll make it easy for police and be on his porch monkeying around. I’d cotton to anyone who turns the shooter in. There have to be 925 reasons to guess which ethnic group produced the shooter. If you turn the shooter in, I might invite you over for baluga. I’m going to ask my Mystery Bobblehead to tell me the name.

You people may have another opinion…

  8. “Rapid gunfire can be heard, along with screams for help as attendees hit the grass for cover.” Sorry, they already get my help in the form of wasted tax money that I can’t designate who gets it. So, as far as I’m concerned they’re on their own.
