America’s1stFreedom: Gun-ban advocates in the United States would have you think that England is a crime-free fairytale country, now that most citizens are disarmed under restrictive gun-control laws. But that’s simply not the truth.
In crime hotspots of London like Hackney, Lambeth and Southwark, police chiefs say there are “more guns on the street,” fueling a “significant” increase in shootings and other violent crime. To battle the increase, the 50 officers involved in Operation Viper will aim to crack down on gun crime in six specific areas—with marksmen accompanying officers on traffic stops. MORE
SNIP: Perchance, are these “dangerous areas” a tad Muslimy? Just inquiring.
Time to adopt the 2nd Amendment Britain.
Armed with what, a second whistle?
O-o-o-kay… If “London” is announcing that they going to start sending armed policemen into dangerous areas, that can only mean that before now either they were sending unarmed idiot policemen into those dangerous areas, or they weren’t sending any policemen at all in there and leaving any non-violent people – a/k/a “victims” – fend for themselves not only without weapons but also prohibited from using anything, anything at all, as a weapon to defend themselves with force.
They’re fucked.
‘ere, wot’s all this, then?
@grool:
Allahu Akbar! Allahu Akbar! Allahu Akbar!
*slash* *hack* *hack* *hack*
THUMP-bump-bump-bump-bump
(sound of head bouncing down steps)
Yep, followed by an abject, groveling apology from the home office or whatever they call it.
Armed with what? Jars of Marmite?
We are gaining on England fast. And California is leading the way. If you can’t guarantee mine and my families saftey then don’t try and take my gun away.
Gun control is stupid and dangerous for the controlled.
And if you come for my gun, no one can guarantee your safety either. Disarming America will be a suicide mission, that requires committing cold blooded murder. If you are the one doing the disarming, remember, some other prick will be in your neighborhood, maybe in your house, doing the same thing. It’s a lose lose.
