Bet you can count on one hand the number of white, Asian, or Jewish kids who have shoplifted at those stores in the last year. Everyone knows who the problem people are.

TheMule – I would imagine that violence, vandalism, loitering and similar are bigger issues than theft (at a McDonalds).
