President Trump has ordered the Office of Budget Management to look into cutting federal funding to cities where he says “weak mayors” are allowing “anarchists” to “harm people, burn buildings, and ruin lives and businesses.” The official memo sent by Mr. Trump to the OBM chief and Attorney General William Barr on Wednesday accuses Democratic state leaders and mayors in cities including Portland, Seattle, and New York of allowing “persistent and outrageous acts of violence and destruction.” More

Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-NY) told President Donald Trump not to come to New York at a press conference Wednesday night and threatened he “better have an army” to protect him.” Cuomo called Trump a clown in his response to the president’s suggestion to defund “lawless” cities like New York City.

  15. So, the governor of New York is confirming that his own state is so unsafe, that in order to securely travel there, a visitor needs their own army. Not exactly a good motto for state tourism, but no one ever confused Cuomo for an intelligent person.

  28. @?? – President Trump (MILST) says that he’ll stop Federal Money flowing to municipalities that won’t get control of their communities while at the same time saying that he’ll make sure the areas hurt and deeply affected by the riots will be taken care of.
    TLDR version – He’ll stop giving $ to the assholes & start giving it to the real men & women who need it as a result of said assholes.
