The Republican National Committee on Thursday announced it unanimously voted to require GOP presidential candidates to abstain from presidential debates sanctioned by the Commission on Presidential Debates, which has overseen the process for decades.
“Debates are an important part of the democratic process, and the RNC is committed to free and fair debates,” RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel said in a statement. “The Commission on Presidential Debates is biased and has refused to enact simple and commonsense reforms to help ensure fair debates including hosting debates before voting begins and selecting moderators who have never worked for candidates on the debate stage.”

The RNC has forfeit any and all credibility they have ever had on matters such as this. Their documented history does not allow them credibility at this juncture.
On another note, the Republican establishment was in on it.
I’ve watched DJT in debates, both in the primaries & The Big Show and he was spectacular especially considering the mods. I wonder how DeSantis would do, he has a very solid public demeanor.

President Trump cleaned Biden’s clock in the rigged debates. This tells me that the RNC will ensure President Trump is not their candidate in 2024.
Continue the debates but with a NO MOERATOR format. Give each candidate a list of 20 possible topics for each debate (Three total debates). Out of those 20 possible topics a minimum of 6 topics from each candidate will be debated off the list. ALL debate participants will be checked for any electronic aids on their person’s. If any devices are found that candidate’s topics will not be used.
