    …they’d responded to more than a dozen trash bin fires along the Embarcadero the previous night from 9:45 p.m. to 11:45 p.m. They added that no suspect description was available.

    They can’t make me believe that there aren’t countless “security” cameras covering the entire Embarcadero strip. It must be that the images show something other than a heterosexual Caucasian male perp, even though there aren’t very many of those left in San Franshithole.
