SCOTUS Doesn’t Like California’s Reproductive “FACT” Law

Yesterday, the Supreme Court heard arguments on the 1st amendment rights of non-medical pregnancy crisis centers in California to have to inform women of low cost abortion services provided in the state. Jurists questioned the nature of the law, speculating openly that it was specifically targeted at those counseling centers that oppose abortion. Even supreme court members on the left expressed their dislike of the overly burdensome nature of the law’s required disclosure provisions. More

  1. The crazed obsession with making sure all pregnant women know about free abattoir abortions bewilders the hell out of me.
Eugenics is alive and well in the perverse Prog party.

  2. the article mentions that The Kagan had problems w/ the law & voiced her concern about it
…. don’t worry, when it comes down to a vote, she’ll fall in lock-step w/ The Party stance

  3. Trying to be “non-partisan” here, perhaps it’s fair to say that if two people (combined, because note, it takes two) can’t afford birth control or an abortion, they should be spending their time doing something other than having sex.

I’m getting really tired of the liberal screeching about people who are too poor or too stupid or too incompetent or too emotional or too delicate to manage the simplest things in life(throw getting a voter ID in there too, PC word fascism many more examples), hence we have to do more, say more, provide more, and pay pay pay more. I just don’t buy it. This is bad parenting.

  4. “Kagan seemed to agree and suggested that California might have “gerrymandered” the law – that is, drawn it to target crisis pregnancy centers. If so, she declared, “that’s a serious issue,” Howe reports.”

    No shit, Sherlock.

  5. I think we should have post-birth abortions and we should start with Andrew Como and Jerry Brown. Then, they should use the dirty equipment to abort Nancy Pelosi and Maxine Waters. If Feinstein is still breathing after all that, call her into the room next.
