  1. You can talk to the space station when it is overhead
    if you are a licensed ham radio operator.Home made cross polarized Yagi antenna and a walkie-talkie {called handi-talkie in the ham world}.The station has talk in Freq.s in the 2 meter band and the 70 cm band.I think you got about a 20 minute window before the station
    goes below the horizon.

  2. I was actually the first western European-descended American to view the Southern Lights. I hadn’t yet invented space travel, so I wasn’t able to get photos as good as these.
