  1. Katie Hopkins has commented on this about how a virtually unsinkable taught sunk in a storm that affected no one else happen to sink with someone who pissed off some billionaires a couple of days after one of his cohorts was killed on a bike.

    Hmm.

“Ya know what’s wrong with these Super Duper Yachts? They’re for the most part one off hulls that have never been tested.”

…we had a robot integrator OEM in New Orleans that lost their lead programmer when she quit them to go install entertainment systems in luxury boats being built down there, so it must pay well at least…

It does pay well. But there’s not enough money in it to test those hulls. And I;m a fresh water guy. I believe there’s at least one salt water racer here that will tell you the same thing. A rock solid hull takes a lot of time to test. And the cost incurred would eliminate many of their buyers. And the truth is it’s a lot easier to test a hull for going fast than it is for stability in unfriendly waters. John Story has written some good 411 on this subject.

A “finance police” vessel? No kidding?
    Is that a Sicilian thing?

Maybe we need a “finance” police to look into Biden, Clinton, Obola, Pelosi, Schumer, et al., finances? The DoJ and the FBI sure aren’t worth a bucket of warm piss.

…probably has somethingto do with taxes and fees, the only laws governments REALLY worry about enforcing. and even THEN, only against working people who cant afford lawyers or political donations…

…dont give them any ideas here. Im sure they could fill a boat with armed IRS enforcers in a New York Minute, with Democrat owned and foreign bottoms as always exempted…
