Supreme Court May Decide This Week to Hear Jan. 6 Defendants’ Case on Charges Used ONLY Against J6 Trump Supporters

GP:

January 6th Defendant Jake Lang was arrested in January 2021 and is currently sitting in the DC Gulag today after three years without trial.

Lang’s decision to move his arguments to the Supreme Court follows a split ruling in the DC Court of Appeals in April.

As reported by The Gateway Pundit, two of three judges on the appellate panel ruled against U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols, who dismissed the 1512 felony obstruction charge in three separate cases against January 6th defendants. more

  1. The concept of “NO STANDING” must be a double edged
    principle otherwise it means nothing.

If one side has NO STANDING neither does the other.

Therefor by the prosecutions own admission,

The charges are without merit and must be dismissed
    as a matter of law.

Of course the great Merrick Garland
    is incapable of understanding this.
