  1. Years ago, I was in Scotland with my wife while on vacation. We were in the Highlands at a scenic overlook in a beautiful national park. Across the valley covering the opposite mountainside were dozens of red stag deer grazing. An old Scotsman wearing a porkpie hat and smoking a pipe stood next to me and commented, “Aye, they are a beautiful sight to behold!” I agreed with him that they were indeed. I then turned to him and asked him what the hunting opportunities were like for them. (I was joking, of course) He looked at me like I had the plague and backed away from me slowly, then turned and left. Scotsmen don’t have much of a sense of humor. Who knew?

  2. I remember in my teenage years, taking a date to see this movie when it first came out.
My favorite scene was when she was driving up the coast road to Bodega Bay she had two love birds in a cage in the car, and when she went into a curve the birds would lean into it! Being a biker I had to laugh!
