A young black man picks a woman up, drops her hard on the ground and then flings her and her dogs into a pool after she complained about the loud noise at a party in Miami, Florida.
As the video starts, the woman approaches a group of individuals around the swimming pool. She appears to be asking them to turn down their music when a woman in the background yells, “Throw her in.” An unidentified man then picks the first woman up and proceeds to drop her on her side before tossing her into the pool.
The event took place in Broward County, in southern Florida. Keyla Concepción, a spokesperson for the Broward Sheriff’s Office, told HuffPost authorities are aware of the video and “detectives are working to positively identify the suspect.”
According to a copy of the police report, the incident occurred Saturday at Players Place, a townhome community in North Lauderdale. The victim is identified in the investigative documents as 68-year-old Nancy James, who lives and works in the community.
James, who said her duties include overlooking the pool and other areas of the complex, told police the alleged assault occurred after she confronted the group of “juvenile kids.” She also said she sustained injuries to her right leg and left shoulder. Her cocker spaniel, which was with her at the time, ran away during the incident.
James told investigators her cellphone and another electronic device were also damaged when she was thrown into the pool.
Authorities describe the suspect as a black male, 15 to 19 years old. Anyone with information is asked to contact the sheriff’s office at (954) 765-4321.

I lived on the 4th (top) floor of a negro dorm my second year in college. I learned several things that year. First was that a negro can only yell, not talk.
