The Washington Post’s Abby Phillip reports the appearance before the media was “scrapped.”

IF she can’t face her own adoring press how is she going to debate? Just ignore questions like she did yesterday at her event? I saw an article in the Washington Times yesterday and it was suggesting the reason Trump complained about the debate schedule was fear based because he is a bad debater and Hillary’s campaign guaranteed she would show up and he needed to stop the shenanigans. We will see.

This is one of the most important elections in our country’s history. Anyone who supports Donald Trump has to believe that defeating Clinton is more vital than any other thing Trump will ever accomplish. Right? I am a realist. Every time Trump goes off script he steps in it. He deflects attention from Clinton’s real weaknesses. She should be thirty points behind any competent opponent. Trump can’t get elected if he keeps handing her these gifts. Trump has alienated the Independents and the disaffected Democrats he needs to get elected. He can’t even keep the Republicans in line that he needs to get elected. How many times does he have to reset his campaign? It’s less than ninety days until the election, and Trump can’t stop reminding voters why they are scared of his becoming President Trump. I’ll vote for him, but I can’t convince any Independents or conservative Democrats that I know to vote for him. It will take an ISIS inspired massacre in Times Square, or Hillary having a mouth foaming seizure during the debates to turn this around, and even that may not be enough to save us from four years of the Clintons. Please tell me where I’m wrong about my assessment.
I do not believe all of the polls. That being said, I do think that the electorate deserves what they get. Maybe it will take someone like Hillary to bring about the ultimate “tea party” that this country needs. When the looting starts many will look to an NRA member to save their “bacon”!
