  11. So Stumpy says that Cruz doesn’t believe in immigration reform(amnesty) Ahh, he might want to peg that to a specific date.

    Didn’t move the needle a bit for me. Much of what Reich said isn’t quite true about Ted. He paints him to be the second coming of RR-he’s not.

    Further, he also makes Trump out to be mushy-and an out of control speaker. That of course is exactly how the denigration begins. He’s wild. He makes crazy allegations. Soon this mutates into he lied about WMD and everything the guy has stood for is called into question.

    When you listen to Trump for the first time you might think he rambles but the guy always comes back to his point and nails it. Further the things that seem too matter to his millions of supporters, he is rock solid on. And has been from day 1 of this campaign. Did you catch the ambush Cooper tried on him the other day? He deftly handled it.

    He has never backtracked nor apologized. He has directly addressed the nightmare we’ve descended into, economically. domestically and with foreign policy. When I listen to Cruz, the guy has a list of standard platitudes and reels them off.

    I wish I could say that when you’re drawing fire you know you’re over the target but not this time.

    If it’s Trump, and if he beats Clinton (which I do not expect to happen), I would theoretically bet anyone here a modest amount, say under $5 via Paypal, that we go four years with no wall nor any progress toward one. Or a fence. There will be excuses, rationales, pivots, evolutions…but no wall. If I’m wrong, I’ll pay. If I’m right, you pay nothing.

    Assuming IOTW is still around in about 4 years, and I hope it is, I’ll be here. But if I’m right that it’s already Clinton, it won’t matter.
