Entrepreneur Runs Out of Fruit, Creates World’s First Beer Jelly.
Archaeologist-turned-entrepreneur Nancy Warner is making headlines for creating the world’s first jam made purely from beer. But before you get too excited, let me tell you it’s non-alcoholic, so there’s no real chance of getting tipsy at breakfast!
I like beer. But there are some things that you don’t mess with. And you don’t put green coloring into (St. Patrick’s Day)
Without the buzz, what’s the point?

Kind of neat actually. There’s a ready made market for it at frat houses if only for the “Animal House” factor.

Don’t know about beer jelly, but jalapeño jelly is excellent with cream cheese.
