I got called for jury duty but was excused when I answered that “i would be influenced negatively by DA’s and Judges who were activists or who had endorsed BLM like my County’s DA did in writing.”
The letter I got back stated that due to my age (over 65) and educational level (2 doctoral degrees) I wouldn’t make a good juror as I am biased toward my understanding of the legal system and how it operates.
The DA in my county had written a letter that he was compelled to become a BLM supporter while sitting in his office and hearing marchers outside his window. I had included a copy of that article when I returned my jury info.
