6. Tim – digital cameras, sophisticated software, high speed motors and mechanized flippers. Nearly every high speed manufacturing process employs similar or in combination with air blowers, etc. Amazing to see.

7. I worked at a packing shed in the 70s & we did it manually, but the green ones usually went up someone’s head down the line. Had many great tomato fights back then. Now I buy green ones for fried green tomatoes.
