Decades ago a Guardian Angel saved me from a nasty attack by a street scum. The scum attacked me from behind. I remember ‘men’ in suits walking by and looking away in disgust as they did nothing to help.
I was trying to stomp this guys feet as he had me in a bear hug from behind and my arms pinned. Was also trying to throw myself backward and crack his face with my head.
The GA came out of nowhere, grabbed the creep and literally carried him off into an underground parking garage. I’m pretty sure he beat the living shit out of the scum. Later I found out the GA’s name and that he had a history of violence toward to thugs which is a good thing IMO. If this GA hadn’t been there I expect I would have been a statistic.
